I am a Vinyasa Yoga teacher (E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified). My teacher Janet Stone taught me the spiritual side of the yoga practice and how to find natural and aligned flow, in our practice and our lives. I think yoga is an ideal way to give our mind a break from the stories that run through it all day, use the breath to energize every inch of our body, and learn to stay centered and calm through discomfort (physical or mental).
